Coaching

During a coaching session, I create a safe space for you to express yourself unapologetically. My role is to be your mirror for self-reflection. My goal is to teach you how to heal yourself, because only YOU know how to heal YOU. I believe in a full wellness approach that encompasses the mental, emotional, physical, & spiritual self. I will offer you guidance on various techniques, supplementation, nutrition and products that will help you achieve your individual goal. Through coaching we will discuss these four cornerstones of wellness:

Mental

Mental health refers to the overall function of the brain; organ function, memory, cognitive thinking, comprehension, and processing of information. Mental health is associated with how someone thinks, feels, and responds to places, people and situations around them.

Emotional

Emotional health involves the ability to manage and express emotions that arise from what you have learned and experienced. Emotional health is associated with the ability to deal with personal relationships, stress, anxieties, triggers, and experiences.

Physical

Physical health refers to your quality of life and your overall physical well-being. Physical health is affected by lifestyle, diet, level of physical activity, behavior, human biology, environment, rest, and sleep. 

Spiritual

Spirituality is a highly personal matter. Whether you are religious, spiritual, agnostic, or atheist, spiritual health is still a fundamental cornerstone. Spiritual health is a state of harmony with oneself and others while working to balance inner needs with the rest of the world. 

Individuality

We all have our own unique bio-individuality; therefore I do not believe in or apply a one-size-fits-all approach. Every single one of my clients is provided with their own unique coaching and recommendations. I work with both genders and individuals from various walks of life.

Life coaching is a process in which a coach helps individuals identify and achieve their personal goals. The coach works with the client to create a plan of action and provides support and guidance throughout the process. No two clients are the same therefore each session is tailored to the individual needs of the client.


Life coaching reconnects individuals to themselves and in-turn improves their self-awareness, develop new skills, create a plan for achieving their goals, and overcome obstacles that may be holding them back from success.


Life coaching sessions can vary in length, but typically last an hour. The frequency of sessions can also vary depending on the needs of the client.


 I have experienced a lot of trauma and can empathize with your journey. Your trauma has already happened, let me show you how you can use it as a strength.


Our body is the physical expression of what is going on within us. Our body is constantly communicating with us what is going on, but the question is, are you tuned to the right channel to be able to receive the message? If not, let me help you find your channel.


If yes, I know that feeling all too well. Let me help you reconnect with yourself so that you can learn what is really best for YOU. You have all the answers within you.


If yes, do you understand that the digestive system is the main “brain” of our body and how effectively it functions directly results in your physical and emotional well-being?
